Estimates and Pricing

Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or if project scope changes. Any changes to pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to reschedule as needed. MGL Montgomery Fencing is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that the site is prepared according to our specifications. This may include marking underground utilities, removing obstacles, and securing pets. If site preparation is inadequate, we reserve the right to delay work until conditions are safe and suitable.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installation services come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events, accidents, or acts of nature
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Issues resulting from failure to follow maintenance recommendations

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local zoning laws, homeowner association rules, and building codes. We can assist with permit applications as part of our service, but final approval and compliance are your responsibility. Failure to obtain proper permits may result in project delays or additional costs.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred. We will work with you to minimize any cancellation charges whenever possible.
